RIM PROTECTION TECHNOLOGY

The position of the snow chain on the tire changes, according to the driving behaviour

(see picture 2 + 3). Therefore it is possible, that snow chains, who have no contact

first with the rim after mounting, could also damage the rim later (see picture 1 + 4).

Ottinger snow chains with rim protection, which have thermoplastic protection elements

and distance device, protect your rim against damages through the snow chain at every

driving behaviour and keep also the design of the wheels/rim.
