How to find the right trail master product?
For all trail master products we have detailed application listes where you can find the right
trail master product. you can find these lists online and as well as download.
Under products/product range you will find an overview about our procucts suspensions
(lifted and lowered), shocks, coils, leafs, bushings and u-bolts in vehicle order.
Under products/downloads you will find all products in pdf-format als download version.
Under "booklet" all products are resumed to one list, which is also available for download.
The available lists will be updated regularly. You can recognize this by the actual status
(for example 05/2004). With this information you can check wether you have the actual
version of application list or wether there were changings or supplementations.

After a short development time trail master delivers now in a high quality, as accustomed, besides the classic 50 mm kit another 75 mm kit and even a 100 mm kit. And here applies, as higher as more complex. While you can reach a small lift already with simple accessories like spacers, shock absorbers and components, you will need for the 100 mm kit much more parts. Necessary are: control arms, panhard rod, panhard rod bracket, pitman arm just to list the most important parts. These suspensions are like the whole car: a combination between modern technique and traditional concepts! |

| tTrail master presents a wide range of products including complete suspension systems for off-road vehicles with TÜV certificate. All individual components like shock absorbers, springs and steering stabilizer come from one source. Their precision is matched to form a complete system. This strategy will also be continued by trail master by expanding significant the range of suspension lift kits. Due to increased demand, we decide, to expand our offering program in addition to the suspension systems. In the future we will also provide individual components for vehicle conversions with exceptional lift kits (+ 100 - 200 mm) on the off road market. These components are not offered as a complete suspension system, but as individual components for extreme rebuilding without TÜV approval. |

New 80mm liftkit for Suzuki Samurai
New suspension for Jeep Liberty KJ
The trail master product program includes a new suspension for Jeep liberty KJ: 50mm
lifted suspension, front new coil springs with strut extension included, rear new coil springs
and trail master gas "new generation" shock absorbers. actually the suspension will be
delivered without tüv-approval. at the beginning of 2005 the tüv-approval will be included.
That lifts the Grand Cherokee WJ
Trail master has added a new suspension to the ever-growing product range.
It is about a lifted suspension with 50mm. The suspension has the article number
S08339. The suspension will be delivered with TÜV-approval.

Following the hints of some of our dealers, we have expanded our program with
a new coil spring kit for the Vitara diesel and V6 gasoline. Experience has shown
that the coil spring 76050 has been too strong for these vehicles and resulted in
a too high lift at the front axle of the vehicle. Therefore we have refined the
graduation.
Consequently the new coil kit is available separatley, but also from now on
included in the below quoted suspension systems
New suspension for Suzuki Jimny
A new suspension was added to the trail master product program: it is a 50 mm
suspension-lifting for Suzuki Jimny. The new suspension for vehicles with abs has
the article number S54219. The accordant suspension for vehicles without abs
has the article number S54229. The delivery of the suspensions contains a tüv-approval.
New steering stabilizer for Suzuki Jimny
jimny-Driver know it - dealer fear for it!
The instability of steering is a well known problem when driving a suzuki Jimny. trail master
has dealt with this subject and has developed a new steering stabilizer.
The steering stabilizer has the article number 66802. The steering stabilizer for Suzuki Jimny
is the first one, which is available with TÜV-approval.
The new stabilizer directly absorbs the wobbling of steering, so that you have a stable
drivability. It is also possible to cross bumps on the street or in the compound with wide
tires without irregularities in the steering manner.
Jimny-Driver who contended with this problem in the past, have tested the new steering
stabilizer. After the first test runs they reported, that the wobbling of the steering is
completely eliminated.
Bodyliftkit for Suzuki SJ
our customers longed for it - now we have it in our trail master product range:the bodyliftkit
for suzuki sj. By fitting a bodyliftkit you only lift the car body of the vehicle. the chassis
stays uneffected, the ground clearance will not change. the installation of a bodyliftkit is
the cheapest alternative of lifting a car, because you can keep the original suspension.
e bodyliftkit for Suzuki SJ procures the car a lifting of 50mm. Specific for this new trail master
product: the bodyliftkit is available with TÜV-approval. Some vendors of bodyliftkits use
untested components. This complicates a TÜV-certification. Our TÜV-approval saves a
time-consuming and expensive TÜV-certification for the SJ driver.
New Lifted Springs For Suzuki Vitara
As an actual new product trail master international
today presents the brand new lifted coil springs for Suzuki Vitara to you. You can use
the four coil springs of this set with the original shock absorbers. They lift the car about 35 mm.
This coil kit is a low cost alternative to very expensive lift kits to lift the Suzuki Vitara 35 mm.
Just four new coil springs are necessary for the complete suspension kit. In a professional
workshop the four original coil springs are exchanged to the new trail master 35 mm coil
springs. Control of front axle measurements, ready.
After fitting the trail master lifted coil springs the Vitara has a better ground clearance and
gives more possibilities for bigger tires. For a better handling on the road and off road, we
recommend the trail master international gas shocks of the new generation for the rear axle.
These shock absorbers are a bit longer and improve the movement of the rear axle going
off road. Shock absorbers for the front axle are in preparation. You will get information in
time through this medium. There will be a bigger presentation of the new generation shocks
later this year. We want to wait, until we will not have delivery problems, a full product range

A well-known problem of Nissan Navara D40 has been that the factory-provided payload could
not be reached with some versions of the OE springs. trail master, as usual, has reacted to its
customers’ wishes, and has developed and produced an OE replacement spring for full loading.
But that wasn’t enough for us. The new trail master springs offer even more possibilities. We
have constructed the new OE replacement spring, to make sure that every customer can
modify this spring to meet their personal requirements. Payloads and permanent loads of about
300 kg or even 600 kg are possible without any problems now
77154 is a two step spring. The upper three leafs carry the empty truck. When the truck is
loaded, the second step starts to work. With this spring the full D40 load is possible.
If you need a higher load (plus 300 kg) open the center bolt, disassemble the spring and fit
it together, with the long load leaf turned. Doing this is turning the spring in a three step
spring, the main load leaf works earlier and the spring is able to carry a higher load.
To reach extra loads of 600 kg, for example during expeditions off road tours or through
additional equipment, you can buy the leaf kit 31579. This kit contains a special small load
leaf to be exchanged against the small leaf of 77154.
New suspension for Nissan Terrano II/Ford Maverick
Because of permanently modifying the actual product range, trail master presents
a new suspension for Nissan Terrano II/Ford Maverick: it is about a lifted suspension
with 25mm front and 50mm rear. The suspension for the 3-door-version has the
article number S47219. The suspension for the 5-door-version has the article numer
S47229. TÜV-approvals for both suspensions are available.
Box With Boot For "New Generation" Shocks
The trail master international "new generation" shocks are now with an orange shock boot in the box.
Had you to order the shock boots until now separately, you will find the boots in the future, together with the shock, in one box.
The new trail master gas shocks are one step more on the way to become the leading European
suspension company. This nice, full color box will help to increase the sales of the new generation
shocks. You will find further information about the new shocks within a short time on the product site.
Control arms for Jeep TJ, XJ, ZJ
Now available are control arms for Jeep TJ, XJ, ZJ front/lower and for Jeep TJ rear/lower.
The length of control arms (eye to eye) is 415 mm. they are appropriate related to lifted
suspensions from 70 to 100 mm. the article number for the control arms is 83401.
Trail master International sticks up for environment protection
Environment protection is an important aspect in the production of suspensions.
To electrogalvanise spare parts is very energy-intensive and pollutes environment.
Within a short time this method of rust prevention will be interdicted.
Trail master sets a good example and has adapted the production by now. New
fabrications of trail master gas shocks will be furnished with eco-friendly produced
plastic caps instead of galvanised caps. The new caps will have no technical effects.
